Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Paid Products purchased on stackedclub.com and the Stacked Club platform (the “Platform”). This page summarizes the refund terms set out in Section 7 of our Terms of Service, which control in the event of any conflict.
1. All Sales Are Final
All Paid Products on Stacked Club are sold on a final-sale, non-refundable basis. This includes, without limitation:
- Stacked AI Coach monthly subscriptions
- Stacked Education lifetime access (one-time purchase)
- Trading Reports (one-time purchase)
- Stack Coin packages
- Season passes, cosmetic items, and any other in-Platform purchases
Once a Paid Product has been delivered to your Account — meaning it has been made accessible to you on the Platform — the purchase is final, regardless of:
- How much of the Paid Product you have used;
- Whether you are subjectively satisfied with the Paid Product;
- Whether the output of Stacked AI Coach (which is an experimental, AI-generated educational tool) meets your expectations;
- Any change in your personal financial circumstances; or
- Your decision to stop using the Platform.
2. Why We Have a No-Refund Policy
Stacked Club is a digital education and paper-trading platform. Once we have granted you access to a course, AI Coach session, Trading Report, or Stack Coin purchase, we have delivered the product. Because digital products cannot be “returned” in the way a physical product can, and because access cannot be meaningfully revoked retroactively, we — like most digital education and SaaS platforms — operate on a final-sale basis. This policy lets us keep pricing low, offer founding-member rates, and continue investing in the Platform.
3. Subscription Cancellations (Stacked AI Coach)
If you have an active Stacked AI Coach subscription:
- You may cancel at any time through your Account settings or by contacting us.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will retain access to Stacked AI Coach through the end of that billing cycle.
- No partial refunds or pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
- You will not be charged again after the cycle ends.
Canceling a subscription is different from requesting a refund. Cancellation stops future charges. It does not refund past charges.
4. Non-Waivable Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction that grants you a non-waivable statutory right to a refund — for example, certain mandatory consumer-protection rights for buyers in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Australia, and certain U.S. states — nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit those rights.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the law of your jurisdiction, do not file a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Instead, contact us at the support address published on stackedclub.com with:
- The email address associated with your Account
- The date and amount of the charge
- The Paid Product purchased
- The specific statutory basis for your refund request
We will respond within fourteen (14) days and process any valid request in accordance with applicable law.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer for a Paid Product that was successfully delivered to your Account is a breach of our Terms of Service. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your Account
- Forfeit all Stack Coins, badges, rankings, and other in-Platform benefits
- Permanently ban you from the Platform
- Recover the disputed amount, Stripe dispute fees, and reasonable costs through arbitration or small-claims process
If you have a billing concern, contact us first. We will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
6. Founding Member Pricing
If you are on a Founding tier of Stacked AI Coach or Stacked Education, your promotional price is locked only while your access is continuous and uninterrupted. If your subscription lapses, cancels, fails to renew, or is terminated, the Founding rate is forfeited, and any future reactivation will be at the then-current standard price. This is part of what makes Founding access special — and it is not refundable if you decide to cancel and re-subscribe later.
7. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
If we offer a free trial or promotional discount for any Paid Product, the terms of that specific offer (including the date the trial converts to a paid subscription) will be disclosed at the time of the offer. By accepting a free trial, you authorize Stacked to charge your payment method automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel any free trial at any time through your Account settings.
